Make an Impact

"A life is not important except in the impact it has on other's lives" - Jackie Robinson

We all possess the ability to make an impact in other's lives each and every day. The type of impact you make, however, starts with a choice.  There are many ways to make an impact, through volunteer work, mentoring, companionship, monetary help, or something as simple as being kind to someone.  The question is, what type of impact can you make in your community?

Our 30 partner programs are great examples of people stepping up and making an impact in Becker County.  Through the generous donation of people like you, there programs re equipped to provide people in our community resources necessary to positively affect their lives.

Can you think back to a time someone make an impact in you life?  Any positive impact, big or small, can make a world of difference in our community.  Moving forward, I challenge you to take initiative and make an impact in someone's life each and every day!

UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN TOOLKIT
Contributions by community businesses and employees to our annual employee payroll campaign is what helps United Way of Becker County support the agencies and organizations listed on this page. Each fall, volunteers visit the local business community to share campaign information and get people excited about Living United.

If you are a business that would like to have an impact on the lives of many living in our communities, please contact us and we will be happy to meet with you.

If you are a business that already participates in our annual employee payroll campaign and you are looking for resources to make this year's campaign a big hit with your employees, check out these fun flyers! You are welcome to make use of the art files to create your own posters, flyers, web, and social media promotions. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get involved, so if there is anything else we can provide to assist you please let us know!
